IQ results: high IF

One time someone told me: "I love you, but you're not normal.". He said it with a smile in his face an without any malice, for what I didn't stop to smile. I asked him what he meant by "normal", thinking that maybe the explication could be flattering. The explication wasn't that bad, the annoying thing was the "but".
Previously on EFFYMINE: The world is divided and multiplied. // Do you like to be different? // She has no name, we can call her Elizabeth // You are alone. // Since when does Elizabeth exist? // The time is an invention to not get lost, you get lost anyway. // Did you think sometime in the Never? // She looks at the watch, she knows that it lies. // "It is time already".

Today, Episode nº6: Coexistence of Concepts. (IQ results: high IF.)

The divided world it is also divided by a "make things easier needing" discriminating something of something else. You are hetero or you're homo, white or black, you was born girl, or boy.
The major flaw of most of the concepts (the truth, the beauty, the bad, the life) is that is usually easy to define its opponent as the denial of it and vice versa, so what it is not truth is lie, what is not beauty is ugly, what is not bad is good, and what is not life is death. There is nothing more wrong that concibe the concepts in that way, and it is what usually we do. It is not about extremes and nuances, it's about the coexistence of two concepts that are suppouse to represent the ausence of its opposite, and also it's about the aceptation that the ausence of one of them do not mean the presence of its opposite. Not because someone isn't simple it means that he's complex, and not for being a woman complex it means that she isn't simple at the same time.
When Elizabeth was little one of her fears wasn't being different, was being stupid. It's for this that she searched the ausence of the stupidity in the presence of the intelligence. (Wich was without a doubt a mistake) We can not suppress a concept with the inclution ot its assumption opposite, because opposites are fictitious. Define ourself based on the denial is deny the definition of ourself. Elizabeth consoled herself by thinking she wasn't stupid when she saw the stupidity personified in her peers, in the same way a woman feels ugly when she see women more beautiful than her, or feels beauty when she see uglier women. The concept by contraposition is a hoax. The concept itself is already an artifice of our minds.
What is the intelligence after all? Perhaps the IQ tests make no mistake in diagnosing that supposed virtue in a person, but do not guarantee the negation of its opposite.
I guess it is so hard to really know us, define us infront of us, infront of the other, and also really know the others, that we use shortcuts that end up distancing us from the goal, make us believe that we already get there.
Elizabeth is already far from that way of thinking, although sometimes she forgets and uses that mechanism with which she was raised. In a world where it is so hard to the differences coexist, it is nearly imposible imagine that the differences coexist also inside of ourself.

Half I'm land and half I'm sea
